- Other cities/towns: 3–6 business days
Delivery times are estimates provided by our courier partners and may vary due to weather, holidays, or local courier delays.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly shown at checkout before you confirm your order. We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain amount or during promotions — any such offer will be displayed on our website.

After placing an order, you'll receive a confirmation via SMS, WhatsApp, or call to verify your order details before it's shipped. Please keep your phone reachable, as our team may contact you to confirm COD orders.

Once your order is dispatched, we'll share your tracking details (courier name and tracking number) so you can follow your delivery status.

Our courier partners typically attempt delivery 1–2 times. Please ensure your address and phone number are accurate at checkout to avoid delays. If delivery fails repeatedly due to incorrect details or unavailability, the order may be returned to us.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier service disruptions, natural events, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control — but we'll always keep you updated if this affects your order.
